Eliminar tus datos de Estrella Cove

Estrella Cove no tiene cuentas con correo ni contraseña: tu partida va ligada a un identificador de jugador aleatorio que crea la app.

1. Abre el juego, toca la rueda de Ajustes y copia «Tu identificador» (empieza por j-).
2. Escribe a eneko@anbizar.com con el asunto «Eliminar mis datos de Estrella Cove» e incluye ese identificador.
3. Borramos tu partida, su historial y los datos de uso asociados en un plazo máximo de 30 días y te lo confirmamos.

Si desinstalas el juego, se borran los datos guardados en tu dispositivo. Los datos que no pidas borrar se eliminan solos tras 24 meses sin jugar (partida) y 14 meses (datos de uso). Más en la política de privacidad.

Delete your Estrella Cove data

Estrella Cove has no email/password accounts: your game is tied to a random player ID created by the app.

1. Open the game, tap the Settings gear and copy “Your player ID” (it starts with j-).
2. Email eneko@anbizar.com with the subject “Delete my Estrella Cove data” and include that ID.
3. We delete your save, its history and the related usage data within 30 days and confirm it to you.

Uninstalling the game deletes the data stored on your device. Data you don't ask us to delete is removed automatically after 24 months of inactivity (save) and 14 months (usage data). See the privacy policy.
